Potential flooding as it warms up

The snow load combined with the added heat turns the lighter fluffy snow into a solid heavier block of ice which blocks drains, slides off roofs and can even cause collapse.
Take some time to evaluate your roof, for deep snow and watch for sagging roof lines, bowing gutters, or leaks inside, all signs to monitor the condition of your home. Be proactive to protect your property, take a minute to shovel out drains in front of your house, watch for snow falling from your roof or even collapse of carports.
